The funny thing to me is the moral “stance” that Wal-Mart is taking on this. I found their wholesome family store act rather tiring, especially in light of their somewhat unethical and borderline illegal business practices. Apparently, it’s wrong (according to Wal-Mart) to rap about hustling people and committing crimes so therefore they won’t sell the albums. But “America’s store” has no problem implementing these as part of their corporate policy.
If Lurleen, the cashier getting $5.00 an hour wants to go Full Monty for a couple of benjamins, I say more power to her. But I’ll need at least that much cheddar to look at it. Put me in the worst ever camp.
I want my content back!
We all know that I’m not above stealing a link from Fark. However, I actually did read this on CNN before checking out Fark.
Is it me, or does this Wal-Mart Playboy thing have the potential to be the worst pictorial ever?
Uh, no. I think we have that one wrapped up thanks.
