Microsuck

In the latest display of arrogant corporate behavior, Microsoft is suing a 17 year-old Canadian kid over the name of his web site, MikeRoweSoft.com. Mike, you see, is a web designer, and a fairly talented one from the look of the examples on his site. Microsoft, you see, sucks, and apparently has nothing better to do with their bajillions than sue this poor kid.

I really wonder why companies don’t think these things through. Does M$ really think that their corporate brand is going to be tarnished because someone accidentally finds themselves at MikeRoweSoft.com instead of Microsoft.com? News flash, Bill. You wouldn’t want this person as a customer unless they are paying you for support, because this person is a moron.

Good luck, Mike. I hope you prevail.

Screw you, Microsoft. I hope you give up on this. Your time and energy would be better spent making SourceSafe not suck so bad.
